Shellfish based broth is made exclusively from clams and scallops, paired with a spicy miso tare sauce. Noodles are medium-thin and contain Yume-Chikara brand wheat from Hokkaido. Topped with thinly-sliced pork shoulder chashu, red onions, kaiware radish sprouts, negi and black sesame.
