Recommended bowl: Kagoshima's finest

Kagoshima style tonkotsu soup is made from pig heads. The soup has a medium depth to it, and not too heavy like many other tonkotsu styles. Special-ordered noodles, pork chashu, green negi, and free daikon pickles on the counter as is customary in Kagoshima.
