【Description】
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Arinaga of Shizuoka Prefecture, "Shun" specializes in "unagi" (grilled eel)❤️‍🔥 This exclusive restaurant is a 20-minute drive from the main train station and is surrounded by lush, mountainous greenery🌳 Their “Omakase” style tasting menu is reserved for regular customers and their guests, featuring a variety of eel parts and seasonal ingredients🌸

I was delighted to finally revisit "Shun" after Master Chef Okada-san temporarily closed the restaurant for a year to train in Kyoto🍁 The latest menu featured new and improved dishes that highlighted his refined skills🔪 The cover photo features a seasonal special, the female snow crab “Kobako-gani” that can only be enjoyed between November and December❄️
