【Description】
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Arinaga of Shizuoka Prefecture, “Shun” specializes in “unagi” (grilled eel)❤️‍🔥 This exclusive restaurant is a 20-minute drive from the main train station and is surrounded by lush, mountainous greenery🌳 Their “Omakase” style tasting menu is reserved for regular customers and their guests, featuring a variety of eel parts and seasonal ingredients🌸

【Comment】
This post features their exclusive off-menu “Pizza,” available only to regular customers who reserve in advance🤫 The toppings change with the seasons and daily ingredients; on our latest visit, we had the decadent “Snow Crab Pizza,” offered only between November and December❄️ Layered over cheese and tomato were two crabs’ worth of rich “miso” and umami-filled meat🙌
