Together, the chefs showcased Yunnan’s enigmatic micro-seasons, distilling rare mountain produce through contemporary techniques. Highlights included the roasted aubergine with mountain pepper salsa, jianshui steam pot pork broth, charcoal grilled chicken breast, and vanilla snowflake pork cooked in bamboo charcoal.
