Arguably one of the best Tonkatsu store in Tokyo and maybe even in Japan. Chef Seizo Mitani sources the best pig possible, cooks it very slowly at low temperature and produces something which one cannot imagine for a breaded pig.
The Chatonbriand (punt intended, he inserted the word ton for pig into it) is phenomenal.
Now that they moved to the new location, one can order online and avoid the wait.
