Recommended bowl: A wide selection

La No Koku offers up a varied selection of tasty ramen dishes, including seasonal specials. The recommended bowl is served with a cloudy shoyu soup that contains chicken bones, pork bones, niboshi, gyokai and vegetables. No MSG, noodles are home-made. Master Tanaka-san trained at the famous Nagoya shop Kōrai Dōjō, which serves local Nagoya style. There he learned from the original master. Open since 2004.
