Open since 1960, this huge Chinese restaurant is somewhat of an institution in Nagoya, and has a handful of smaller branches, including one in Tokyo. Superspicy ramen from a Chinese places which actually started a Japan wide trend with this type of ramen.
Really spicy but tasty and great to soak up superfluous alcohol.
