I have visited various Japanese restaurants in Kyoto and Osaka, but this place has my favorite dashi. I believe their commitment to the quality of ingredients and water enhances the overall experience. The sashimi is also outstanding, even better than what you would find at a good sushi restaurant. The selection of Japanese sake is impressive, with some unique options that can only be found here. If you enjoy sake, I highly recommend the sake pairing.If you have the chance to visit Hiroshima, I think this is a must-visit restaurant. Less
