This is a yakitori restaurant located in the Koshimachi area of Hiroshima.The interior is stylish and chic, giving off an upscale yakitori vibe. The service is efficient and prompt.I had the second round yakitori course this time. As I tend to eat lightly, the portion was just right for me. It seems you can order additional items if needed, so feel free to do so if you’re still hungry. The chicken mainly consists of Awami jidori, with some Nagoya Cochin as well. The outside is crispy, while the inside is both firm and juicy. It’s incredibly delicious. The Japanese sake is chosen as omakase, and since the yakitori course is served relatively quickly, I only had one type, so I can’t comment on the full lineup.This is a great option if you want to enjoy some tasty yakitori at a slightly later hour.
