This yakitori restaurant is located near Mukonoso Station.The original chef, Taniguchi, has expanded to Osaka, and now the current owner is his apprentice, Saori.I believe Saori's grilling skills are on par with Chef Taniguchi's, and her hospitality is outstanding. Although I'm not a regular, she remembers the little things I've mentioned and incorporates them into my next visit.It's rare to find a place that offers this level of cuisine and hospitality.I plan to visit again.
