Since I cannot post about food at「Sushi Sho NY」, I couldn’t resist sharing a throwback to my unforgettable meal at the original「Sushi Sho (すし匠)」at Yotsuya in February! Led by the incredibly talented young chef Katsumata Keita (勝又啓太), this spot holds a special place in the world of sushi. Trained under the master chef Nakazawa for years, Chef Keita has truly honed his craft, staying true to the Sho style while continuously perfecting his skills. Since taking the reins in 2016, he‘s carved out his own path, earning a reputation as one of the brightest rising stars among the younger generation of sushi chefs.
