【Description】
“Kinryuzan” is renowned to be one of the most difficult yakiniku restaurants to book in Japan🗻 Only “regular customers” with reservation rights are able to make the next booking👀 Tucked away in the residential neighbourhood of Shirokane, they only serve the highest quality A5 rank beef🐃

【Comment】
We started the special meal with this platter of “Jyo-Tanshio” (Premium Cow Tongue) with lemon👅 The pieces were beautifully laid out on the large plate in the shape of a rose🌹 Apparently the meat is cut in a way in order to maximise its umami flavours🤤 We then enjoyed “Skirt Steak”, “Shinshin” and “Fillet”, which were marinated in a delicious sweet soy-based sauce🫶

白金の住宅街に密やかにある、日本一予約が取れないと言われている「金竜山」🍖 枠を持っている超常連様のみ予約が取れます✨ 過去には食べログ焼肉部門の全国ランキング1位にもなっている名店です🏆 今回はご縁があり、1年半ぶりに「登頂」させていただきました🥺

昭和風の店内に入り、早速頼んだのが名物の「上タン塩」💓 薔薇の形にプレーティングされたお肉は独特な横切りカットにより、タン元とタン中の旨味を最大限に引き出しているそうです💯 肉汁たっぷりでジューシーなタンはレモン汁と一緒に頂きました🍋 その後「ハラミ」「シンシン」「ヒレ」など、タレ系を連続で頼み、白米が進みました🍚
