The best meal of our Italy trip was at the family-run 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗢𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲, located in San Giovanni in Persiceto, Bologna🏡 A charming, family-run osteria in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, it radiates warmth and hospitality, making you feel instantly at home🫶

The highlight was their signature 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲 with milk cream🥛 Made from fresh, locally sourced milk from their own dairy farm and naturally separated for a sweet, silky texture, it perfectly envelopes the delicate tortellini🐄

Desserts are equally extraordinary, from the 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼, a luscious crème caramel inspired by Bolognese “latte in piedi,” to the 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝗹𝗹’𝗔𝗰𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗼 (gelato with aged balsamic vinegar) and Tiramisu, each crafted with fresh milk and cheese from their own cows🧀

イタリア旅行で一番印象に残ったのは、ボローニャ郊外にある家族経営の「Antica Osteria del Mirasole」🏡 自家牧場の新鮮な牛乳を使ったミルククリームで包まれた看板料理 “Tortellini Mirasole” は、サラっとした滑らかな食感で一口ごとに繊細な味わいが口に広がります🐮 デザートも格別で、全て自家製の牛乳とチーズを使用🍨 牛乳を数時間かけてじっくり煮詰めるなど、手間を惜しまない調理に感動しました🥹
