Located inside @themagistracyhongkong in Central Hong Kong, “Prince & The Peacock” is @blacksheeprestaurants’ newest opening🎊 The restaurant specialises in “Royal Indian” cuisine, presenting traditional regional dishes with a modern twist👑 The kitchen is led by @michelinguide-starred @chefpalashmitra and the vibrant dining room is designed by @joycewangstudio🥄

Every dish was prepared and presented with precision from start to finish - the extremely tender “Tandoori Murgh Ka Soola” (chicken leg served with cloves and chillies) is a must-order🌟 A special shoutout to Vijay, who was our favourite server of the evening - he looked after us with the upmost care and his service was the best we’ve experienced so far in Hong Kong!🫶

先月香港の「中環（セントラル）」地域にオープンしたばかりの高級インド料理店「Prince & The Peacock（プリンス・アンド・ザ・ピーコック）」🦚 日本では珍しい「Royal Indian（ロイヤル・インディアン）」というジャンルのお料理が数々味わえます💫 アラカルトをたくさんオーダーし、全てファミリースタイルでシェアすることをお勧めします🔥 何を頼んでも美味しいですが、個人的には焼き加減が絶妙な鶏もも肉の炭火焼き「Tandoori Murgh Ka Soola」が一押しです✨
