Earlier this week, the iconic seafood restaurant “Keng Eng Kee (KEK)” from Singapore hosted a special pop-up event at @rosewoodhongkong’s “Holt’s Café”🇸🇬 The exclusive dining experience was held for three days only, coinciding with @50bestbars’ “Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024” collaborations🍸 The takeover was led by two brothers, Head Chef @chefzwayne_ and Front-of-House @paul_liew👬

The unforgettable collaboration meal was the highlight of my recent trip to Hong Kong, featuring @kengengkee’s most popular dishes🌟 My personal highlight was the signature “Coffee Premium Pork”, a sweet fried dish with a gentle aroma of coffee served with their “Secret Coffee Sauce” and toasted sesame🤫 The “Chilli Crab with Mantou” was another classic crowd favourite, enjoyed with KEK’s homemade samba chilli and deep fried bun🍞

香港の「Rosewood Hotel（ローズウッド・ホテル）」の2階にあるレストラン @holtscafe にて7月15日から17日の3日間限定で開催された、シンガポールのシーフード専門店「Keng Eng Kee（ケン・エン・キー）」のポップアップ✨ 同店は1970年にオープンした老舗で、今は兄弟である料理長の @chefzwayne_ と ヘッドサーバーの @paul_liew に代々受け継がれています🔥 伝統的な調理法とモダンなタッチを掛け合わせたアラカルトメニューのラインナップは全て病みつきになる味付けで、お箸が進んでしまいました🙈
