I opted for their signatureโๅ็้่ญ็่้ฃฏโ (Char Siu & Double Ranou Egg with Rice, HK$88) - honey-glazed chestnut-fed Spanish pork char siu with smoky edges, topped with two sunny-side-up eggs over rice๐ I also upgraded to pork belly char siu for an additional HK$5๐ Overall, it was a solid lunch - while Iโm not sure Iโd queue in this heat again, itโs definitely worth trying once the initial hype settles down๐ค๏ธ
