Le Baratin is a local institution, and definitely one of the places to go in the city for offal. It is a restaurant that puts presentation aside and focuses solely on the food, which shines bright through its simplicity.
It is worth mentioning that this is not a tourist oriented restaurant. While for me this is a big part of the magic, this can definitely rub some people the wrong way. Be patient, maybe learn a word or two in French, behave accordingly and enjoy the show.
