This is my favorite menu yet at @estro.hk! Every single dish was superbly executed from the refreshing king crab with chervil sauce to the succulent lamb with pumpkin - but I especially loved the mantis prawn linguine with Amalfi lemon *chef’s kiss*. Can’t wait to try @antimo_maria_merone’s latest Italian trattoria @ninetta.hk soon!
