來川越，除了邊走邊吃小吃，
也很推薦安排一餐好好坐下來吃的日本料理。

這次來到川越在地老舖 川越 幸すし，
選了可以一次品嚐壽司、天婦羅、和牛與會席料理的和 NAGOMI 套餐。

一開始的前菜是六款清爽小菜，
有胡麻豆腐、秋葵、湯葉、梅子等，
簡單調味卻很開胃，也吃得到食材本身的味道。

讓我印象很深的是知床黑毛和牛和風牛排，
肉質柔軟，味道很細緻。

天婦羅外層酥脆，但完全不油膩，
最後的七貫特上江戶前握壽司也很滿足，
魚肉切得厚實又新鮮。

如果來川越，不只想吃街邊小吃，
