A gyokai specialty shop where the soup is made from different kinds of dried fish, the exact recipe changing all the time. It can anything from niboshi, squid, sanma, saba, or a variety of other fish products. No pork, chicken, or meat used in the soup. The soup is rich, thick, and extremely fishy.
