Hyper Fatton in Kanagawa

Like most Jiro-style shops, you should order the mini ramen if possible. Mini, in this sense, is only double the size of a normal bowl. Clocking in at 200 grams, this is anything but small. Don’t let the naming scheme fool you. If you want soupless, there is often a service charge. Pay an extra 100 yen to get it without soup. I’m not sure why they do this, but they often do.
