Doshi Winter Park

This spot was at the top of the list of restaurants I sent to my bridal party as they were planning out my bachelorette party, and it kicked off the most delicious weekend in Orlando!

I totally understand @DoshiOrlando’s inclusion in the Michelin Guide — their contemporary-meets-traditional Korean dishes were as flavorful as they were beautifully plated. Everything pictured, we loved!

3️⃣ Black Garlic Hamachi Crudo: Yellowtail sashimi, scallion oil and chili dashi.
4️⃣ Wagyu Fried Rice: Gochujang, crispy garlic and perilla.
5️⃣ KFC Wings: 4 pc Korean fried chicken wings with spicy sweet gochujang.
6️⃣ Fire Octopus: Buldak glaze and kimchi aioli.
7️⃣ Pork Ssam: Pumpkin ssamjang, potato jeon and perilla.
8️⃣ Soegogi-Gu: Wagyu skirt steak and perilla chimichurri.
