I totally understand @DoshiOrlando’s inclusion in the Michelin Guide — their contemporary-meets-traditional Korean dishes were as flavorful as they were beautifully plated. Everything pictured, we loved!

8️⃣ Soegogi-Gu: Wagyu skirt steak and perilla chimichurri.
