Stamina Ramen Gamusha has been open since 2005, serving local Ibaraki-style 'stamina ramen'. Shoyu soup and curly egg noodles are topped with fried vegetables, liver and 'An' sauce, a cornstarch-based sauce that adds a thick, gooey-like consistency to the bowl.
