山形ラーメン🍜をいただけるこちらのお店へ🏃

注文したのは
■山形辛みそらーめん(味噌) 830円

白味噌の真っ白なスープ
麺はちぢれ麺
たっぷりのネギにメンマ
真ん中には真っ赤は辛味噌
こいつを溶かしながら食べ進めていきます😋

あっさりの味噌スープ
辛味噌を溶かしていくと程良い辛さに😋

なかなか食べる機会の少ない
山形ラーメン🍜
美味しかったです🙇

This Yamagata themed shop sources many of its ingredients from Yamagata prefecture, including the shoyu, miso, bamboo shoots and rice. The popular 'Rekka Ramen' comes with a soup that is beef bone based, combined with four types of gyokai and a miso tare. The spice level can be chosen from 1-10.
