Here in deep Saitama is where you will find authentic Higashi-Ikebukuro Taishōken style tsukemen. The soup contains chicken, pork, gyokai and vegetables, served with shoyu tare. Ramen and tsukemen (mori soba) both on the menu. Noodles are homemade on the same type of noodle machine that the legendary Yamagishi-san used in Higashi-Ikebukuro.
