Tapping into spectacular Latin American vibes! This was the prelude back in March to an exciting addition to Taipei’s dining scene. Infladita, empanada, ceviche peruano, steak anticuchos, @elizondo_joaquin masterfully combined Taiwanese produce with Latin American flavors and cooking styles.
