Seriously obsessed with these sesame madeleines!!! Perfect in shape, density and texture. The delicate tangle of water bamboo, shiitake and kombu noodles got me really excited about vegetables too where spices and seasoning were fine tuned with finesse. A very happy girls night in back in Feb.
