A stunning dish that celebrated the beauty of Silkie. Breast meat and dark meat mousse roulade with crispy skin crumble giving it an extra textural bite, accompanied by innards and mushroom vol au vent and sauce supreme. One dish after another, @yucuisinejourney skillfully layered ingredients, textures and flavors in winning combos. I can’t wait to go back when their renovation is completed.
