A small cozy shop with a wide-open kitchen, Wabisuke gives you a clear view of the master preparing every bowl. Shoyu ramen, tantanmen, miso ramen and tsukemen are served — all legit. The star of the show is the delicious handmade noodles, which the master draws out of a tupperware container as each order comes in. One of the recommended bowls is the tantanmen 'wabi style'.
