Satisfied my pasta cravings at the Il Caffè by @nikoromito at @bvlgarihotels in Rome! The all-day restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere in both its indoor and outdoor areas. The menu offers a wide variety of options from traditional Roman dishes to “Bomba” sandwiches - Chef Niko’s take on an authentic Italian street food. We had to try the classic Roman pastas such as the Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana of course, but it was the Vongole with Tagliolini that stole our hearts... More

Satisfied my pasta cravings at the Il Caffè by @nikoromito at @bvlgarihotels in Rome! The all-day restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere in both its indoor and outdoor areas. The menu offers a wide variety of options from traditional Roman dishes to “Bomba” sandwiches - Chef Niko’s take on an authentic Italian street food. We had to try the classic Roman pastas such as the Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana of course, but it was the Vongole with Tagliolini that stole our hearts - one of the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast for hotel guests is also served here - everything from the bread to the eggs were of high quality. I especially loved the delish “Maritozzo” bun with whipped cream!
