The unbeatable combination of steak, frites and special sauce. Easily my most visited restaurant London. Been going here since 2012 and nothing has changed. The thinly sliced entrecôte, those ultra crispy golden fries and that luscious green sauce - magical. Just when you think you’re done, that second serving comes out and it’s even better than the first. It’s hard to go wrong here. Apart from the queue if you mis-time it, there are very few flaws in my eyes. Great house red, quick and efficient service, no faffing. Went straight to the cheesecake place after to see what the hype is about - £4.50 slices of basque cheesecake that are interestingly chilled. Cheap, delicious and very well made. It’s excellent cheesecake. Worth queuing for? Maybe. For me it was the creamy texture and cold temperature that set it apart from other places serving this. Loved the chill! #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
