Excellent meal at @guysavoylasvegas

Crab croustillant, Sweetbread with caviar, Wagyu burger.
Tomatoes, egg, balsamic vinegar pearls, tomato granita, cucumber, basil.
Salmon cooked on dry ice, lemongrass bouillon, Meyer lemon, finger lime, bok choy.
Foie gras, brioche, peach, plum, salad.
Maine lobster, coral jus, vegetable tian.
Mint pannacotta, peach, cucumber.
Chocolate, chicory sauce.
