If you like your chicken as much as I do, there are only 3 shops in Japan that I have been to, which can satisfy the cravings (yakitori places aside). This place, located not far from the shores of Biwako is also not for the faint of heart, essentially defining the term "head-to-tail". If you like your chicken as much as I do, there are only 3 shops in Japan that I have been to, which can satisfy the cravings (yakitori places aside). This place, located not far from the shores of Biwako is also not for the faint of heart, essentially defining the term "head-to-tail". Two chickens, one male and one female for contrast and the result is some juicy, tasty chicken parts that really requires you to have a sense of some of these parts and which part of the chicken it comes from.. there is a noticeable difference between the 2 chickens and I wasn't entirely sure which one I preferred. Either way, unique and fun experience eating here.
