This shop serves Okinawa soba with premium handcrafted noodles. The master trained at a legendary Okinawa soba shop, Sakuraya (since closed). Every morning the master comes in at 4am to make the teuchi-style handmade noodles, which take seven hours to prepare. The soup is pork and katsuo-based, and the noodles are served al dente.
