Simple old school style bowl of clear chicken and pork soup with wavy chijiremen noodles. Run by master Sekiya-san, who opened this shop with her husband way back in the day. He has long since passed away, but she continues to run the shop solo and is now commonly referred to as the "Queen of Nagano ramen." Shop hours are 6pm-12am (or when the soup runs out). Eight seats. Open since 1961.

This legendary Nagano ramen shop has been open since 1961. It's run by Sekiya-san, who opened this shop with her husband back in the day. He has long since passed away, but she continues to run the shop and is now sometimes called the “Queen of the Nagano ramen scene.” The bowls here are simple, using chicken and pork to make a clear soup. The atmosphere of the shop is cool and 100% authentic. Great, deep spot in Nagano.
