One of the higher ranked shops in Miyazaki prefecture, this shop serves pure tonkotsu ramen in regular, heavier, or lighter soups based on customer preference. The recommended is kotteri (rich), with kaedama noodle refills available on request. The soup is made from pig heads, back bones and shoulder bones, all simmered for 20 hours.
