This local shop is popular among families with plenty of counter and table seating. The menu consists of pure Miyazaki style tonkotsu, made with a rich pork bone soup and burnt lard. The medium width straight round noodles are house-made. Originally opened by master 'Satoimo' and his wife, who both ran the legendary Miyazaki shop Eiyōken.
