Recommended bowl: Since 1964

This legendary Miyazaki shop has been open and operating since 1964, serving traditional Miyazaki style tonkotsu ramen. The creamy pork bone based soup is matched with shoyu tare and topped with burnt lard, a Miyazaki signature. The smooth, medium width straight noodles are house-made. A popular shop with a rich history, well known amongst Miyazaki locals. Currently run by master Setoyama-san.
