Consomme style soup uses domestic fresh chickens, minced pork, niboshi and vegetables. Thin straight noodles are house-made. Limited Taiwan style comes with minced pork, menma, negi, garlic chives and chili. Standard menu features shio, shoyu, niboshi ramen and shirunashi.
