The concept here used to be that it was the test kitchen for newly minted with three Michelin stars L'enclume up North. But it is certainly much more than that now and rather an insight into Simon Rogan's whole philosophy of a deep respect for nature and the wild, while using cutting edge techniques, imagination and passion.
Definitely worth visiting if you are in London.
