It left me with the impression of delicate artistry rather than flamboyance.The pairing with alcohol was excellent, allowing me to enjoy my meal slowly while savoring Japanese sake. With each dish, my excitement for the next course grew, and I had a wonderfully pleasant time until the end.The service was perfectly balanced, providing comfort while maintaining a respectful distance, and the explanations of the dishes were thorough.
