Another must! Cooked just a few feet away, the Balinese “babi guling” suckling pig at Pak Dobiel was awesome! Enjoyed the mixed rice plate but don’t miss out on the pork side soup and the extra crispy pork skin as well!
Nasi Babi Guling Pak Dobiel is a very local spot in Bali (Nusa Dua) where you can find some of the best suckling pig platter, a staple dish in Balinese cuisine. A plate consist of white rice, white meat, pork satay, blood sausage, fried intestines and lungs, and topped with crispy pork skin. A side of spicy pork bone soup pairs perfectly. So damn good and only $2 for the combo. This place is always packed throughout the day, and locals even line up as early as 1 hour before opening.
