Nasi Babi Guling Pak Dobiel is a very local spot in Bali (Nusa Dua) where you can find some of the best suckling pig platter, a staple dish in Balinese cuisine. A plate consist of white rice, white meat, pork satay, blood sausage, fried intestines and lungs, and topped with crispy pork skin. A side of spicy pork bone soup pairs perfectly. So damn good and only $2 for the combo. This place is always packed throughout the day, and locals even line up as early as 1 hour before opening.
