Recommended bowl: Nostalgic Kumamoto

Old-school nostalgic Kumamoto shop, open since 1980. Many celebrities have visited here over the years, whose signatures adorn the walls. The rich soup is 100% pork bone based, and the noodles are straight and medium width. Topped with wood ear mushrooms, negi, chashu, nori. Run by original master Nakagawa-san.
