A wonderful meal again at Fikret Yilmaz Ocakbasi, spicy adana kebab and all the amazing meze to accompany it, and something really surprising: a “sushi”! 😂 Minced lamb “maki” grilled, topped with a yogurt sauce, all the wonderful juices soaked up by the thin lavash flatbread!
