Künefe é , a par da baklava, uma das mais tradicionais sobremesas turcas. Feita com massa kataifi, queijo, xarope de açúcar, manteiga e pistachio é simplesmente irresistível e uma das coisas que mais gostamos de comer quando visitamos a Turquia. Em Istambul os da @farukgulluoglu são irresistíveis!
