I first tasted Chef Hyun Kim’s mandoo at @hifoodwinefest, and it stayed with me enough that I made a point to visit O’Kims Korean Kitchen when I was in Chinatown.
Chef Hyun was extremely kind and generous with her time, and that sense of welcome carries through the restaurant. Korean traditions sit at the core of the menu, with island influences woven in to keep everything feeling easy and approachable.
