Had some incredible sea urchin the other day at Arts, straight from Hokkaido, Japan. Large puffy pieces of the creamiest, most delicious uni. Difficult to get it any fresher than this over here. This was served at Rohen, the Japanese on the 2nd floor - excellent food all round. Will post a few more bits from here but the uni deserved its own spotlight! Looking forward to Japan next month! #notoriousfoodie... More
